1. Introduction

Welcome to Malane Lighting (malanelighting.eu). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases from our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Information

We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions, prices and availability accurate and up to date. If we find an error that affects your order, we will contact you before it ships. All lights sold on this website are made for European 220–240V mains power.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you offer to buy the products at the prices shown. Prices are in euro. Shipping is free, and all import duties and customs fees are paid by us. We may refuse or cancel an order in the case of stock problems, pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we do, you receive a full refund. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery takes 5–7 working days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We also accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy. To start a return, email support@malanelighting.eu.

6. Warranty

All products carry a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. This is in addition to the EU legal guarantee of conformity. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alteration or repairs by anyone other than us. To make a warranty claim, email support@malanelighting.eu with your order number and photos of the problem.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
