At Malane Lighting, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. To withdraw, email support@malanelighting.eu with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

We will refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have sent proof that you returned it. The refund is made to your original payment method.

30-Day Returns

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Products made to your own size or drawings are excluded from returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

You pay the cost of returning an item unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos or a video. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. This is in addition to our 2-year warranty and does not limit your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
