At Malane Lighting, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order products, as well as large orders of the same product (three or more), cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and sharing the tracking number with us once shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
